problems that aren’t real! Chances are you already have enough issues
to deal with at work or at home. You don’t need more problems in your
life, especially ones that aren’t real.
Overcoming negative thinking is not hard. However it does take
consistent effort. Small positive ideas sprinkled throughout the day can
